Jeremy Lunt

Founder & CEO

Jeremy Lunt is a native of Northeast Harbor, Maine. His passion for film began in early childhood, when long winter days spent watching classic movies on VHS ignited a lifelong love of cinema. After college, he moved to Hollywood and took on a senior executive role at a startup specializing in international film sales. Over more than a decade in Los Angeles, Jeremy played a key role in signing and delivering over 300 motion pictures to audiences around the globe. He regularly attended major international film festivals—from Cannes to Dubai—and helped broker distribution deals in markets like China and on leading platforms such as Amazon Prime and Netflix.

In 2020, Jeremy returned to Maine and founded Gemini Entertainment, where he now serves as CEO. He also leads its parent company, Pine Coast Media Enterprises, as Chairman. Through Gemini, Jeremy collaborates closely with New England filmmakers to support the national and international release of their work. He has produced and directed several MDI-centric documentary films, including Summer Colony, Mount Desert Island Through the Camera Lens, and the upcoming Mount Desert Island: A Home Movie. Outside of filmmaking, Jeremy is an avid hiker, scuba diver, and competitive sailor.

Mariah Larocque

Chief Operating Officer, Pine Coast Media Enterprises

Mariah Larocque is the Chief Operating Officer of Pine Coast Media Enterprises, where she plays a key role in driving the company’s mission to support and elevate independent filmmaking in New England and beyond. With a strong background in film production, creative development, and operations, Mariah brings both strategic oversight and hands-on experience to the company’s growing slate of projects.

With a background in independent film, creative development, and narrative storytelling, Mariah offers both operational precision and creative vision to every project. As a director, screenwriter, and producer, her credits include the short films Eyes Wide Open, In Your Dreams, Silent System, and Good Morning Sunshine (proof of concept). At Pine Coast Media and its subsidiary, Gemini Entertainment, Mariah works closely with filmmakers to coordinate production, support distribution efforts, and build meaningful collaborations that expand audience reach and impact. Her leadership is driven by a deep commitment to story, community, and the transformative power of film.

DJ Monteith

Creative Projects Coordinator

DJ Monteith, Creative Projects Coordinator at Gemini Entertainment, is a storyteller at heart with a background in theatre and screenwriting. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Filmmaking, bringing both academic insight and hands-on experience to his role. With a passion for narrative and a collaborative spirit, DJ contributes fresh energy and creative perspective to every project, supporting the growth and vision of our expanding team.
